Individual Coaching

Learn how to run, improve your level, maintain or strengthen your physical condition or even prepare for races.

The sessions offer

  • One-hour sessions supervised by a TraKKs coach
  • analysis of the stride and motor pattern at the TraKKs Lab
  • training programme based on the objectives
  • the drawing-up of a standard programme per week

Group Coaching

TraKKs offers group coaching packs.  Each pack contains 24 sessions spread out over 3 months starting from the Uccle store.  To find out the date of the new sessions, please contact us on :  coaching@trakks.be

TraKKs to start

For anyone wishing to learn about running with the correct advice.

  • To be able to run 5 and 7.5 km. 
  • 3-month program at the rate of 2 sessions a week with a coach
  • Group of 4 to max. 12 people 
     

Objective?

To be able to increase your base speed endurance. Advice on how to make progress, learn about different speeds, technical sessions.

Duration and frequency?

3-month programme (12 weeks) at the rate of 1 session a week with a coach.

The plus point?

The training plan is specific to the group at the beginning of each programme.

TraKKs to run

For anyone able to run 45 min to 1 h without difficulty, but still wishing to make progress.

  • To be able to run 15 to 20 km easily
  • 3-month program at the rate of one session per week with a coach
  • Group of 3 to 12 people maximum
     

Objective?

To be able to increase your base speed endurance. Advice on how to make progress, learn about different speeds, technical sessions.

Duration and frequency?

3-month programme (12 weeks) at the rate of 1 session a week with a coach.

The training plan is specific to the group at the beginning of each programme.

TraKKs to expert

For anyone able to easily run 10 to 20 km at around 11-12 km/h

  • Be able to achieve your race objectives.
  • Advice on how to make progress, learn about different speeds, technical sessions
  • 3-month programme (12 weeks) at the rate of 1 session a week with a coach. Group of 3 to 12 people minimum.
